Billie J. Colson Billie J. Colson was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She met and married her husband Ron in Houston in the early 80's. They then moved to DeSoto, a suburb of Dallas and started a family. There Billie became involved with the DeSoto Art League and served as president for the organization for the 1994, 1995 and 1996 sessions.
